We know as an Advertiser it is important for you
to stay in touch with your Publishers!
Did you know Rakuten LinkShare has features in the Advertiser Dashboard to easily send e-mail and newsletters to Publishers? Through the Dashboard you can use the internal email system to reach both internal and external Publisher e-mail addresses.
Ready to start e-mailing?
1. Select Compose from the Messaging drop-down menu
2. To specify Publishers choose between Basic Criteria or Advanced Criteria
Basic Criteria: Send email to a single publisher in your program or to a general segment of publishers
Advanced Criteria: Send email to a more specific segment of your publishers
3. After confirming your recipient criteria, click Search.
From the search results, select the publishers you want send your newsletter to and then click Send Message.
4. You should be directed to the Compose Email page:
The page should have the following information(in black):
5. Select a Delivery Method for the email:
Internal and External, Internal Only, External Only
(Note: Fees may apply if you exceed limit of external emails; Messages will not be sent if someone has opted out of receiving your e-mail or invalid address)
