Did you know you don’t have to wait until
Symposium New York to meet the other attendees?
Rakuten LinkShare worked with Pathable to create an online community dedicated to pre-event networking for Symposium NY. Pathable is a place where you can meet other attendees, create groups, view sponsors, pre-schedule meetings and more!
Once you are registered for Symposium New York you will receive a Pathable invitation via email. Once you login and create a profile it’s time to start networking with the affiliate marketing community!
Here are a few tips on how to navigate the site:
When can I schedule a meeting?
Meetings can be scheduled Monday, June 25th and Tuesday, June 26th from 8 am to 6 pm. All meetings are in 30 minute increments.
Where will the meetings take place?
Monday – There will be tables available on a first come first serve basis on the fourth floor in the Conrad Suite Salon.
Tuesday – Meetings can be scheduled in one of three huddle rooms on the fourth floor and tables can be reserved through Pathable. The huddle room map is located on the right side of the Pathable page.
Wednesday – Meetings can be scheduled through Pathable but there is no dedicated meeting space reserved.
How do I Schedule a Meeting?
Navigate to the Attendee tab and find the person you would like to meet with. Hover over their name or click into their profile and select request a meeting. Add in the meeting title, toggle the time on the right hand side and under the location drop down field select the room and table. Enter a personalized message to the attendee and click send invitation!
