Maryland SB 1071 fails to pass

Maryland State Bill 1071 DID NOT pass the Maryland General Assembly last night. The Assembly adjourned last night at midnight and is not scheduled to re-convene until January 6, 2010. For now, affiliates in Maryland can promote their advertisers and earn worry-free!
