Maryland Senate Bill 1071 is quickly being moved through the state government. As you can see, there are LinkShare publishers and small businesses all over the state that stand to be hurt by bills like these.

Maryland fact of the day: The reason that there’s a gap in the flags out west is because the state is so small you can pretty much walk across it.
