Information on CA Internet Tax Proposal

There’s been some recent news on other states looking at similar laws to the New York State law regarding affiliates and online merchant taxation. As with the NY Tax situation, we are following this closely, and are engaged with both the DMA and the recently formed Performance Marketing Association (PMA) on the advocacy front.

3/25 Update
The PMA has organized a group letter that will be sent to California Assembly Committee members responsible for evaluating Bill 178. You must be a California resident to sign the letter. Take action today and voice your opposition to AB178.
